Kathe fell in love with the jewelry business while working with unusual gems from around the world. She developed a passion for creating unique and non-traditional settings for her clients, helping each develop personal expression through wearable, comfortable designs.
When Kathe joined the Creative Metal Arts Guild she met Deborah Spencer and Mary Wong. Discovering their mutual passion for custom design and developing lasting relationships with their customers, lead to the creation of Trios Studio.
Kathe is a leading spokesperson in the movement to bring Fair Trade Gemstones to both her clients and the retail jewelry industry.
