Deborah Spencer grew up in the artist mecca of Halibut Cove, Alaska and was greatly influenced by Alex Combs and Ron Senungetuk of the University of Alaska. In 1974, when she combined the sculptural aspect of carving a wax model and the ability to turn it into a beautiful piece of wearable art, there was no looking back.
Deborah’s distinctive designs have landed her two prestigious Spectrum Awards from the American Gem Trade Association, and she has been featured in numerous trade journals world wide. She is very excited to be part of Trios Studio, where she can continue to offer unparalleled beauty, value and education to her clients.
